Meet the gurus behind First Shot Barista Training

NGUYEN LE
Senior Trainer/Co-founder
"Professional barista competitor." Le had a hard time trying to kick off his career in specialty coffee. There was no such thing as proper, professional barista school. "I did not know where to begin. Someone told me I should learn latte art. Others took me to cupping sessions. Some told me I should give up.", Le recalls his early career. He genuinely shared "Although I tried my best to equip myself with any skills people in the industry were talking about, such as sensory or latte art I still felt lost." Le is known for his impeccable attention to details and motivational spirit "JUST DO IT", which make students from all level find their training with Le accessible and fun.
