The Latte Art Experience Our Alumni Had

Refine Your Design Skills Using Competitive Training Strategies

We Teach You to Go Beyond Copying – Create Your Own Unique Designs.

Transform your heart, tulip, swan and rosetta. Create signature designs. Create your own design.

#1 Bang For The Buck Latte Art Course in Sydney

Our programs combine structured excellence, competitive challenges, and joyful learning.

We’ve all encountered the "just look at me and try to recreate it" training method in schools. While some learners pick up skills quickly through imitation, others are left behind. Unlike other latte art trainers, we’ve moved beyond subjective methods, adopting an evidence-based approach that truly sets us apart.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve developed a program specifically tailored to visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and reading/writing learners, ensuring success for everyone.

Understanding Unlocks Creativity—Copying Doesn’t

Trained with a well-structured program

Rather than teaching specific designs like rosetta, tulip, swan, or animal, our focus is on understanding the construction principles behind them.

Untitled design (12)

Program

- Understand how latte artists choose jugs, milk, coffee, and cups based on factors like spout design, milk frothing, crema quality, and cup shape to create their desired latte art.

- Learn different latte art designs by understanding and replicating various techniques, rather than just copying without comprehension.

Untitled design (13)

Methodology

- 4 students only with 5 commercial machines (La Marzocco & Sanremo) and a cheat sheet provided.

- Engage in multiple modules guided by the trainer.

- Craft 2 cups per module. Share your best creation for feedback.

Training Environment

- We do aid in understanding design construction and empower you to craft your creations.

- We don't expect mastery of all designs at once. Instead, we encourage grasping design elements for ongoing skill development post-training.
